Summary: Posting to a locked thread
Initial Comment:
Often, as a moderator, you lock a thread because it's got silly,
abusive or just run it's course. You could put an explanation in the
thread itself but on a fast moving thread that might go in too late
with people posting while you think up a tactful response so often
it's better to lock and then explain.
However, even moderators and admins can't post after a lock. Can
we make it so that they can so that they can post an explanation
for the locking after the event.
