Initial Comment:
We're missing mini-icons on the front of...
1) 'My Forum Settings' in the forum view and thread view. Also,
one has square brackets around it and the other doesn't.
2) 'Edit user' - in the AUTHOR column.
Since those two are effectively the same thing, they should be the
same settings style icon. Maybe they should both just be called
'Settings' for brevity.
3) 'Back to Top' - that would look better with an up arrow in front
of it.
I've attached some extra icons for consideration from the same
source as the rest of the icons we've used in phpwsBB, so free to
use.
