Initial Comment:
On the "phpwsBB Settings Page", it states that the
Off-site Avatar "must be no greater than 90 pixels high
by 90 pixels wide, and its filesize can be no greater
than 6Kb."
There doesn't appear to be any checking on that because
I was able to link to a file that was 301 x 83 pixels
and was 21 KB in size.
Not sure if it can be trusted that everyone will follow
the rules...
