Summary: Ban username link for guest
Initial Comment:
The ban username link obviously doesn't work with a
guest user. Probably should have some check in place
so that link doesn't appear when the poster is a guest.
The only option needed for guest posts is the ban IP
link IMHO.
Besides that, CVS version looks great!
