Initial Comment:
This is a combination request intended to enhance
readability of the various thoughtstreams present in
the average thread.
This replicates a feature found in other popular forum
software (phpBB, Invisionboard..).
There should be [Reply to this Message] buttons
attatched to each message. What this does is present
the user with a message entry screen pre-filled with
the text of the message that is being replied to
enclosed within [QUOTE][/QUOTE] blocks.
The text within these tags is displayed in the same way
that [CODE] blocks are.
