Initial Comment:
In the Bulletin Board section of phpwebsite.
Mod phpwsbb

the Last Post block shows a bunch of numbers in it 
instead of mm/dd/yy  Time

I tried to make heads or tails of the number and I 
can't figure it out.  looks some some sort of time 
stamp but I don't know

running version 1.03 on php 5
Windows 2000 box with IIS.
