Summary: Error in changing Avatar

Initial Comment:
If you log in as admin and go into a forum you see
'Edit Username'
This brings up the user profile.  You can edit their
sig and password, but if you try to change the avatar
(i.e. someones uploaded porn) it is YOUR avatar that
changes, NOT the users.
