Initial Comment:
AUTHOR and MESSAGE are capitalized and are normal sized 
whereas in the other table headings in phpwsBB they are just 
capitalized at the first letter and are smalltext class.

I think they should be consistent.

ie. Author and Message

And also they shouldn't be smalltext. The style info should be set 
by styling the TH tag in the theme's stylesheet instead of pinning it 
on smalltext.
