Initial Comment:
In relation to a few of the other RFEs. It would be 
good to have the admin be able to change people's 
avatars and signatures. That way site violation 
involving these can be quickly corrected.
Also, other than banning by username or IP, is there 
any other way to punish site rule violators. Such as, 
removing their right to post or limiting their posting (x 
number of posts per day or topic).
