Initial Comment:
I get 'Some errors occured while trying to update Bulletin 
Board', when I try to upgrade phpWSBB from 0.9.5 to 
0.9.7.

I wasn't able to upgrade from 0.9.3 to 0.9.7 either 
(same error), but could upgrade from 0.9.3 to 0.9.5. 
That's my current version.
