Initial Comment:
After I installed phpwsbb I got a database error
message related to the dynamic english table and the
help file so I removed the table and phpwsbb installed.
 After it installs the control panel is dead and you
have to remove phpwsbb to get phpwebsite working. To
remove phpwsbb I put it back in the mod directory just
before clicking the uninstall button so I can uninstall
it.  I am using phpws-0.9.3-4 from cvs with cvs themes
and modules.
