Summary: install not working from boost

Initial Comment:
phpws: .9.3-3
phpwsbb: .9.6
php: 4.3.6

It gets as far as running the SQL and then I don't know
what happens. I know this for sure as verified the
tables created in my DB. 

There's no success messages. And it ends up with my
site index.php as the URL with no content.

I did the same process with .9.5 and that successfully
installed.

my install process:

download tar.gz into mod
tar -xvzf file
mv phpwsbb-0.9.6 phpwsbb
go into boost and select install
