Initial Comment:
Don't know, wether this is a phpWSRRSFeed or a 
phpWSBB topic. I'd love to be able to make rss-feeds 
out of my forum. With the option, to view only part of 
the text (say, the first 20 words). Or whole topics. And 
a reply link in the feed.
