INSTALL.txt document states: 

5. Go to your phpWS website and install or upgrade 
"Bulletin Board"  from the
   Boost module.

When I clicked on "Upgrade" button i've got next message 
:
DB Error: no such table
ALTER TABLE mod_phpwsbb_threads ADD INDEX (fid) 
[nativecode=1146 ** Table 'phpwebsite.
mod_phpwsbb_threads' doesn't exist]
