Initial Comment:
I would dearly like to see Group Permissioning added to
PHPWSBB as early as possible to make it a viable
alternative to the outdated phpBB mod.

Existing hacks have already been implemented to
Pagemaster and MenuMan, and I have just tried to
implement it - however hit a stop when trying to
implement the permissioning on line 238 of Manager.php
- where the call is made to the core getList() to
display the forum list rather than handling internally.
