Alright let's shoot for a Fri 9 Apr 2004 release.  If I don't hear back
before then, I will release.  If you can test sooner rather than later I
can have fixes in and still hit this Friday.

Please file any bugs in the bug tracker, so the other testers will see
the messages and there aren't duplicate reports.
