[phpwsbb] Testing for phpwsBB 0.8.1

Hullo all.  Just a note that I have changes in the pipe and ask for
testing for 0.8.1.  These are bug fixes, see docs/ChangeLog for list of
changes that I would emphasize testing.

Feel free to reply to the list with any concerns.
