Summary: Add 'Edited date' to messages

Initial Comment:
If a message is edited, no indication of the edit is present in 
the message indicating the date of the edit or who by.

The thread list however shows the date of the last edit in the 
thread. This is a little confusing as you enter into the thread 
looking for a new post for the same date but there isn't one.

There should be an {EDITED_DATE} and possibly an 
{EDITED_BY} tag.
