Initial Comment:
Just thought of another admin type enhancement for a future 
version of phpwsbb.

'Report Post' - allow users to report a post they find 
offensive to a forum moderator/admin. It'll need a form so 
they can explain why they are reporting the post which is 
then emailed to the admin. They then decide to hide/delete/
edit the post.

Not very important but certainly eases admin work on a 
busy forum where you can make the forum semi-self 
policing.
