Initial Comment:
Hello I just did a fresh install, of both phpwebsite
and phpwsBB
Using the latest versions of both I'm getting
Fatal error: Call to undefined function:
gettemplatedir() in
/home/starving/public_html/core/Template.php on line 158

When accsessing
http://www.starvingcoders.com/index.php?module=phpwsbb&PHPWSBB_MAN_OP=editforum

I've looked at the code for the page in question and
the function does appear to be there.

FYI I am using PHP v 4.3.3 (Don't know if it matters
but FYI for ya)

Any ideas?
