#71 Modify "Latest Forum Posts"

It would be nice if this block could be more customizable.

For example: 1) ability to list this block on any page
in your site, not just the homepage, 2) option to have
more of the post displayed (for example at least the
full title), 3) option to have some text of the post
also displayed (2-3 lines, etc), 4) option to display
the date as well, 5) anything else that would be useful?

i dont know where to look in the code or in the database
