Blankpage after I installed phpwsbb

The installation is no problem. I could add Bulletin Board to the menu in Menu Manager.

After I clicked the Bulletin Board there is no problem either.

But when I tried "Add Forum" or "Settings", it just gives me a blank page.

What's going wrong?
