I just installed the latest version of phpwsbb on the latest version of phpwebsite.
I don't see phpwsbb and an option to add to the menu manager.
Can I get help please?

I'm having the same problem as described here. The "log in" and "calendar" boxes appear when I go to phpwsbb, but not the "menu" box.
I also had to add a js_func column to the mod_phpwsbb_messages and mod_phpwsbb_forums to get this to work with v0.9.3-1 of phpwebsite.
The js_func problem is taken care of in the supplemental file which it seems you have neglected to utilize.
Follow the instructions in the INSTALL.txt carefully.
