DB Error: unknown error
LOCK TABLES PHPWS_mod_menuman_items WRITE [nativecode=1044 ** Access denied for user: 'eugot001@216.239.129.154' to database 'eugot001']

I have just installed PHPBB. I followed all instructions; I downloaded and replaced Database0932.

But when I go into Menu Manager and followed all directions and click on "Add Menu Item", I get the following error:

DB Error: unknown error
LOCK TABLES PHPWS_mod_menuman_items WRITE [nativecode=1044 ** Access denied for user: 'lamad01@216.239.129.154' to database 'lamad001']

Note:
lamad01 is the name of my mysql database.

Please help me
