Are you able to deny a registered user permission to post a new topic. I've tried a bunch of things and checked eveywhere. I can't figure this out.
I'd like to use the BB as a way to post regular announcements, have the members monitor it, but normal users should not be able to add new topics and other material.
Is this possible through the normal setup or is this a hack that is beyond my knowledge?
