I got the succesful install message after installing the latest phpwsbb.
I can go into the control panel, select the bulletin board mod, no problem.
But now when I select Add Forum or Settings I get this same error message....
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: gettemplatedir() in c:\phpdev5\www\projects\scribbleware\phpwebsite-0.9.3-1-full\core\Template.php on line 158
Any help would be appreciated

oh...and as a side note...
I'm running this locally on a window's machine, during the design phase before I re-install the whole project onto .nix server.

Hm the INSTALL doc may not have been updated when RC3 was cut, I apologize. But the news announcement did state it.
Regardless you need to update your Template.php file with the one provided in the supplement (link on the news article on the front page). Be sure to follow the README instructions included in that zip file and update the other files included.

As stated in the INSTALL doc and the news announcement, you need to download the supplemental file and copy the new php files from it into place.
