#3 Parse Issues in v0.2c beta

After install, I ran into a few parser errors, I think all
are just concatenation issues. . .

bookstore_admin.php
line 152: need period before $umod
line 282 & 508: need period after table_prefix

bookstore.php
line 1526 & 1658: need period before table_prefix

I am also getting warnings for "Call-time pass-by-
reference" -- but ignoring warnings is no big deal. :-)

With the new release of phpWS, I am not sure the
priority of this, but I do appreciate the 8 mod for
those of us still on it. Great work!
