#4 Add permissions to items/persons

I think a nice addition would be if you were able to
choose which persons a certain wish was visible for.
And while you're at it, choose which persons may see a
person at all.

That way, for each wish, the user could chose several
people from a selection list, and only those would be
able to see the wish. A special choice (e.g.
"Default") would mean that the wish requires the same
permissions as the person.

Only people with on a person's see-list would be able
to see that person's wishes.

I have an idea for a tag based system which might meet
some of your needs.

I think that all you should be able to see on the member area
is your own and have a seperate "view" page for non
members and so forth where public data is shown.
