#39 Console browsers - misc problems

In LINKS, when editing a page, I scroll down
(down-arrow) through the "edit" textarea, and when I
get to the bottom of the page, instead of scrolling
down a page it hangs. LYNX doesn't have this problem.

In LINKS and LYNX, if I type in a username and click
"Sign In" I get to a page saying "describe wikiaction?
here."If I type in a username and instead hit return I
login as per normal.

In LINKS and LYNX, I am unable to sign out. I can click
on the "Sign Out" but it doesn't change anything.

Yes, this is a known bug with <noscript>.
We already have a patch at the patch tracker, which is not
applied yet.
