#156 Cannot change the language to French

Hello,

I am sorry, but I cannot change the language to French.
Everything stays in English.

I change in UserPreferences, but nothing happens
(changing the theme works correctly).

Putting
DEFAULT_LANGUAGE = fr
in config/config.ini has also not effect.

Could someone please help?
