#153 Spam

For some historical reasons we use PhpWiki 1.3.11p1 on
our website. Sadly, it's spammed beyond recognition,
mostly through some blog and Comment plugins. I want
to tackle the problem, but can't find any documentation
on PhpWiki. So I guess my questions are:

• How do we get rid of the spammers?
• How can we mass-delete pages? (PhpWikiAdministration
  does not work.)
• Where can we find documentation for PhpWiki?
