#134 Warning message after "Loading up virgin wiki"

Hello there,

I have installed phpwiki-1.3.11p1 n my server and did a
first run (virgin wiki loading) and get the warning
message below. Could anybody tell me what is message
mean and how to solve this please?

The server is running php 4.1.2

Warning: posix_times failed with 'Inappropriate ioctl
for device' in /home/test/www/lib/prepend.php on line 60
