#117 Add categories and groups to bug tracker

Please consider adding additional categories to the bug
tracker, in particular specific 1.3 releases such as
1.3.11rc3. That seems to be the only way on the sf.net
bug tracker to sort bugs into specific releases (i.e.
there isn't a separate field for that). Otherwise when
someone adds a bug they have to remember to manually
add that info in the description.

I would also like to see a new group 'Theme' for bugs
that are related to specific themes. I've been posting
a number of bugs that apply to the Crao theme, for example.
