#112 Stuck in "Loading up virgin wiki" loop

Fresh install of 1.3.10, followed instructions in
INSTALL to the letter. The Loading up virgin wiki
pages finishes okay, but then clicking on HomePage just
causes it to run again. I've tried several fresh installs.

Fedora Core 2, generic install of httpd-2.0.49-4, and
php-4.3.4-11

I have the same problem with a fresh CVS update on apache
1.3.33-3 on a debian unstable with db4, php4 4.3.10-2.

Maybe we should all run another package cuz support here is
apparently nonexistent. And to think folks trumpet the virtues
of open source. BS!
