On line 1240 or Theme.php, there is a missing slash. I think it should read:
DATA_PATH . "/themes/default/moacdropdown.js"

instead of
DATA_PATH . "themes/default/moacdropdown.js"

This was detected in Revision 1.139

After running some more checks, I found that this file ("moacdropdown.js") does not exist in the CVS.
Should it exists? or should it refer to all js files in the "/themes/default/moacdropdown/js/" folder?

moacdropdown.js is a stripped container of all required js/* files.
I forgot to add the Makefile and .js.
