Hello, All!

Could somebody tell me what is the most tested auth method? I've tried to
use file based user list, but it seems to have some problems.



Also I can't turn off anon editing of pages. I have set:



ALLOW_ANON_USER         true

ALLOW_ANON_EDIT         false

ALLOW_BOGO_LOGIN        false

ALLOW_USER_PASSWORDS    true



USER_AUTH_ORDER (File)



USER_AUTH_POLICY        'first-only' // but that doesn't matter



ALLOW_USER_LOGIN        true

Yes, thanks for your report and patches. I'm currently fixing FILE Auth.

Most tested is BogoUser, PersonalPage and PearDB Auth.
Adodb Auth works also fine.
LDAP, IMAP and POP3 should work but I don't test them so often.
HttpAuth and File still have some quirks.

Same with the group methods.

    I can help testing that. I'd prefer FILE method. MySQL creates
unnecessary load in simple cases.

    Thanks for response. Sorry for duplicate bug report. I thought my posts
lost on the way to mailing list and nobody saw my messages.

that makes.
