I'm also running a large internal phpwiki site, with full document production - see http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/PhpWikiToDocBookAndPDF Would love to see the current phpwiki branch thicken out a bit with a 1.3.5 release! My big requests - well-groomed implementation of db-based authentication, a 'page template'-style selector a la Michael Van Dam's mod, page variables (for auto anchor naming, etc.), and automatic html Table of Contents when desired (%%TOC%%) by sectionhead a la dbwiki. Even without such wishes, we've got a very vibrant program in phpwiki!
