To delete the $Id output from the html pages, remove the one line which
reads <?=$RCS_IDS?> from phpwiki/themes/default/templates/top.tmpl, near
the bottom of the page:

<?= Template('body') ?>
<!-- phpwiki source:
<?=$RCS_IDS?>
-->
</html>
Alternatively you can add two lines to display the RCS_IDs only when
debugging is turned on according to this patch (which I will check into
the repository):
