Yes, we'll be careful about upgrading. There will be clear instructions,
and the default will be to do nothing rather than harm existing data.
Probably the hairiest part will be convering the markup.
I will start renaming the directory as well for future releases... this
has been a longstanding mistake on my part. The tarball should unpack into
phpwiki-1.3.x/ instead of phpwiki/.
