I just wanted to ask the group where we stand on adding File Upload
support. I remember some talk of it being nearly done about a year ago.
That's really the critical feature for a few applications I'm considering.
Also, do we have strong user-based permissions yet? The
only-one-user-can-edit scheme is adequate for most installations for now,
but it'd be a nice thing to have.
