To have a working XMLRPC again (not well tested), use the current CVS
version of the two new lib/XMLRPC files:
xmlrpc.inc and xmlrpcs.inc
They are the same as from phpxmlrpc-1.1
To disable acting phpwiki as XMLRPC server rename or delete the
mentioned file.
