I finally added Joel Uckelman's contribution of a DBM library using the
new dba_* interface, which is the default in PHP 4.0.4 and later. For now
a clean install of the nightly build will still default to dbmlib.php; I
need to update the INSTALL file now that I think of it.
We need a way to dynamically decide if they have 4.0.4 or later and set
the $WhichDatabase variable accordingly... there certainly is a variable
in PHP telling what version it is?
Pablo Roca Rozas gave us a new logo image (same as the old one, but in a
valid png format).
