Does anyone know a way to name a link that's in an old style table? Using
the bar "|" character screws up the formatting because that's also used as a
divider between cells. I haven't played too much with the definition list
style tables because the formatting seems too limited (e.g., I can't make a
bold header row and the rest normal text).
