Hi Patrick,
Yes that version is actually 1.3.3, we had forgotten to increment the
version number in index.php before packing up that archive.
If you like you can change the version displayed on the html output,
look for the line in index.php in Part Null:
define ('PHPWIKI_VERSION', '1.3.2-jeffs-hacks');
