Hi Steph,
I'm sorry to hear your Wiki has been having troubles since the server's
PHP was upgraded. What version of PHP and Apache (or other web-server)
is running? (Indeed this is the right list to ask for help in this
situation).
Personally I have almost no experience with RewriteRule~s, otherwise
I'd offer to help myself :). If no one else here can offer help, I
suggest try searching the mailing list archives for descriptions of
similar problems at

posting/searching on the PhpWiki wiki at
<http://phpwiki.sf.net/phpwiki/>.
