Hi!
The GleanDescription() function in lib/display.php fails to escape
double quotes in the description --- this produces invalid XHTML code
on the ReleaseNotes page because the description happens to end with
... normalized. "Don't let the best be the enemy of the good.
>From what I can read in the HTML 4.01 standard, then the fix is
simple: just replace any occurences of " with ".
