I describe the problem:

I try to display this sentence:

        here "http://www.test.com/" after text

The bug

    * using verbatim does not work:

        here "http://www.test.com/"; after text

The problem is in the substitution of special characters - the html =
rendered above is:

here &quot;<a =
href=3D"http://www.test.com/&quot">http://www.test.com/&quot</a>; after =
text

instead of

here &quot;<a =
href=3D"http://www.test.com/">http://www.test.com/</a>&quot; after text

hmm,
for me the roundtrip Wikitext => Wysiwyg => Wikitext
for
  here "http://www.test.com/"; after text
gives me:
  here " [http://www.test.com/] " after text

but no &quot; problem.
