The sf.net site for phpwiki was upgraded to the new mysql 4.1 database serv=
ices.
For the start we keep everything as latin1_bin, but a new database
for utf8 was also created and I'll try to switch the demo wiki to utf-8 soo=
n.
Edit's in the last hour will be lost.
