Oops, sorry.
In the meantime I've added caching of these memory intensive plugin,
pages, templates and category popups (not yet committed), but I really
want this to use
the new xml-rpc interface on-the-fly, only when requested. As in
hyperwiki applet in the Sidebar theme.
Please turn off the various TOOLBAR_*_PULLDOWN options in config.ini
