Earlier, I mentioned that upload was not working in my version of phpwiki. A
'/' was being left out of the path, so that test.png gets uploaded to
uploadstest.png instead of uploads/test.png. So here's a simple fix. Not
sure if it's the best one or even whether anyone else was having this
problem, but it at least works for us:
